Service policy
Quotes and appointments
Website prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary by vehicle size or type, condition, labor, and selected add-ons. The final price is discussed and approved before work begins. Requested dates and times are not appointments until Rivera's Premium Auto Care confirms them.
Notice and availability
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday by confirmation. Sunday is closed. Requests require at least 24 hours' notice; same-day appointments are not available. Requested start times may be between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Mobile and drop-off service
Mobile customers must provide accessible water and electricity at the service location. Service at our physical location is available by confirmed appointment. Please confirm your visit before traveling. Get Directions.
Cancellations and weather
There is currently no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Mobile appointments may be rescheduled when weather or other conditions prevent proper completion.
Payment
Payment is due after the detail is completed. No deposit is currently required.
