Where it started
Built From a Passion for Cars
Rivera's Premium Auto Care began long before it had a name.
I'm Xaivyan Rivera, owner and primary detailer behind Rivera's Premium Auto Care. Growing up, I was always fascinated by vehicles. Cars were part of the environment around me, from family members who worked as mechanics to friends who built, modified, wrapped, painted, and worked on their own vehicles.
My family shared that appreciation too. I grew up around everything from trucks and American performance cars to luxury vehicles. I developed an appreciation not only for what vehicles could do, but for how they were built, maintained, personalized, and cared for.
When I started driving and finally had vehicles of my own, that interest became personal.
I've always been extremely particular about keeping things clean, organized, structured, and taken care of. Naturally, that carried over to my vehicles. I found myself constantly cleaning them, maintaining them, working on them mechanically, upgrading them, installing audio equipment, and figuring out how I could make them just a little better than they were before.
Detailing became one of the places where that personality and my love for vehicles came together.
What started as taking care of my own vehicles eventually became something I wanted to master, and ultimately something I could use to serve other people.
That became Rivera's Premium Auto Care.

The Rivera Influence
A major part of why I wanted to build a business of my own comes from watching my father, Barrett Rivera.
My family didn't always have what we have today. I grew up watching my dad work through difficult circumstances, provide for our family, and spend years working in situations that weren't necessarily where he wanted to remain.
But he stayed disciplined. He worked, learned, persevered, and kept building.
As a veteran, father, entrepreneur, and mentor, he showed me what discipline and responsibility actually look like. Over time, I watched him build what became Rivera's Flooring, Kitchens & More, alongside Rivera's Electric and Rivera's Plumbing, and establish a name throughout our local community.
What has influenced me most, however, isn't simply what he built. It's how he built it.
He taught me that your name matters. Your word matters. How you treat customers matters. The quality of your work matters. And when you're fortunate enough to succeed, you have a responsibility to do something good with that success.
I don't want to simply inherit those lessons. I want to build something of my own with them.
Rivera's Premium Auto Care is my chapter of the Rivera story.

Rivera’s Flooring, Kitchens & More is part of the family-business foundation I grew up watching and learning from. Seeing my family build relationships through their work helped shape what I want to build in auto care.
It is a separate business with its own services and team, and an important part of my personal story.

A Family Built Around Service
My mom, Toni Rivera, is another major influence in my life and in the values behind Rivera’s Premium Auto Care.
Alongside my dad, I’ve watched her dedicate time and energy to helping others. Through business, faith, mentorship and community involvement, she has shown me the importance of making room for people and looking beyond your own success.
That example continues to shape the kind of person and business owner I want to become.
Success means more when you use it to help somebody else.
Grounded in something greater
Faith at Our Foundation
Our Christian faith has also played an important role in shaping our family and the way I want to conduct business.
We believe in Jesus Christ, and we try to hold one another accountable to values that extend beyond business: integrity, humility, discipline, forgiveness, generosity, service, and doing what is right even when doing so isn't the easiest option.
That extends into our community as well. Through Disciple Hearts, people from throughout the community come together for Bible study, fellowship, and conversations about building their lives, businesses, relationships, and friendships around Christ.
My faith doesn't mean I'll always get everything right. It means I know what standard I want to keep pursuing.
Those principles are part of the foundation I want Rivera's Premium Auto Care built upon.
Our local roots
Raised by a Community
My parents weren't the only people who shaped me.
I've been fortunate to grow up surrounded by incredible families. Many of my closest friends came from households centered around faith, entrepreneurship, family, hard work, and giving back to the same community that supported them.
Families like the Mannings, Greverts, and McDonalds weren't simply business connections. These were people I grew up around.
I watched people around me build companies, work in real estate, support their communities, participate in local organizations and events, mentor others, and use their businesses and resources to serve people.
Those families encouraged me, sharpened me, mentored me, and helped shape the person and business owner I'm becoming.
I'm proud of the people I grew up around. I'm proud to be associated with these families. And I'm grateful that I didn't have to learn what leadership, service, faith, and entrepreneurship looked like from a distance.

The support behind the work
Building It Together
Rivera's Premium Auto Care may primarily be my work today, but I didn't begin this journey alone.
My girlfriend, Elly, has stood beside me throughout it.
She's supported me, motivated me, held me accountable when I needed it, encouraged me to keep moving forward, and believed in what I was trying to build.
Entrepreneurship isn't only about the person whose name is on the work. The people standing behind you matter too.
I'm grateful to have her beside me while we build this.

Everything that shaped me eventually comes back to what we're trying to build today.
I want Rivera's Premium Auto Care to become a name people throughout Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus counties know and trust.
I want our work to demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail.
I want customers to know that when they hand us the keys to something they've worked hard for, we value it too.
I want people to feel comfortable calling us, asking questions, and knowing they're dealing with a real local business that cares about the relationship beyond a single appointment.
And as Rivera's Premium Auto Care grows, I want us to remain connected to the community that helped shape me in the first place.
We're building around a few principles that aren't complicated:
